Pinball, arcade games and ice cream. It's hard not to get excited about a project like that. Full Tilt is a family friendly ice creamery and arcade with a healthy dose of feel good 80's childhood nostalgia. They have several stores in and around Seattle. This spec poster campaign began as a class assignment meant to coincide with the introduction of their pints to Whole Foods, PCC and other specialty food stores. To set Full Tilt apart in a competitive category, I decided to get as far away from the "natural" palate we're so used to and highlight the playful nostalgia of the brand. That led me to the final aesthetic of the piece which is somewhere between a faded comic book and an old Topps trading card.
